Consultation Questions
What Do I Need To Bring To My Appointment?
- Please bring a list of all prescription and over-the-counter medications and supplements you are currently taking.
-Please do not wear any makeup. (This is so I can perform facial reading/mapping.)
-Please do not wear any fingernail polish. (This is so I can perform nail assessment.)
- If you'd like to bring any recent blood/lab results that you've recently had drawn, you are welcome to bring those with you to your appointment.
Can I Bring A Partner or Child With Me To My Appointment?
While this isn't prohibited, it is not ideal. If the appointment is for yourself, it is most desirable to come alone so we can focus entirely on you and your health as well as freely discuss everything that we need to cover without interruption. If the appointment is for a child, a parent is required to attend with the child.
Where Are You Located?
Currently, I have three office locations where I can see my clients. We can discuss which location best suits you when scheduling an appointment.
What Can I Expect From Taking Herbal Tinctures?
Herbal Medicine is powerful, yet, at the same time, it is gentle. Depending on the person and the imbalance being addressed, some people may notice immediate changes, while others may take a little more time. Herbal Medicine is highly personalized, and your formulas may evolve, be modified, or even eliminated as your state of health improves.
Pricing Questions
Are Consultations and Herbal Supplements Covered By Insurance?
Unfortunately, Herbal Medicine Consultations and Supplements are not covered by insurance companies in Nebraska. I can provide you with a detailed invoice if you'd like to attempt to acquire a reimbursement from an HSA or FSA.
Herbal Tinctures
Custom tinctures, pre-formulated blends, or straight pours/single herbs are available. Alcohol or alcohol-free options are available. The exact pricing applies to all bottles. How long a bottle will last depends on the recommended frequency, depending on the client, and the health concern being addressed.
1oz Bottles: $15.00 (plus tax)
2oz Bottles: $29.00 (plus tax)
4oz Bottles: $57.00 (plus tax)
Salves, dried herbs, supplements, and other products are marked to sell, or you can be referred to commercial purchasing locations.
Initial Consultation $150
Includes:
- 60-90 min evaluation. (Time dependent on complexity and amount of health challenges the client wants to address.)
- Review of health history, health goals/concerns, and physical assessment of tongue, pulses, nails, face, and eyes. -- Established patients have unlimited direct communication with Allison regarding progress and any questions that may arise.
Follow Up Consultation $75
Includes:
- 30-45 min evaluation of any existing or new health concerns.
-Review of overall health, discussion of any desired modifications, new goals, or reformulations of herbal blends.
-Physical assessment of tongue, pulses, nails, face, and eyes.
